Do You Offer Build on Site?

Yes - We will send a build on-site crew and construct your building if access is limited. Most of our products are manufactured in our plant and delivered to your site pre-built. Buildings must be deliverable pre-built to take advantage of our “Lease Purchase” option. See your dealer for details.

When Can I Expect Delivery of My Building?

2 answers - If you purchase a building in stock at your local dealers lot delivery should take approx 7-10 days, If purchasing a building that must be manufactured, delivery can take approximately 14 to 21 days. Weather and seasonal demands can effect delivery times.

Are your Buildings Covered by a Warranty?

All of our pressure treated wood has a limited lifetime manufacturers warranty against rot or termite damage.  We use LP Smart Siding on our painted buildings, which has a 50-year manufacturers warranty.

Do I Need Credit?

No - We do not pull your credit report or evaluate your debt to income ratios.

Sizes Available?

Unlimited - Buildings from 8x8 up to 14x40 can be delivered, other sizes larger than this we can build on-site.

Can I Customize My Building to Suit My Needs?

Yes - We can change the arrangement or location of windows, doors, and lofts in all our buildings to suit your needs. See your local dealer for all our options and capabilities. We also build decks and patio covers.

How Much Does Delivery Cost?

No Extra Charge within 50 miles of any sales location! This will cover most of Oklahoma, Arkansas and Kansas.

Can I Pay Off Early?

Yes - We encourage our customer to take advantage of our early payoff option, ask your local dealer for details.

What Do I need to do to Prepare my Site for Delivery?

Very little if anything - Your site needs to be free of any obstructions and debris. We will level your building up to 12” with concrete and pressure treated blocks. No extra charge.

Do you have to Have Access for a Truck to Deliver My Building?

No - We have delivery equipment specially designed for hard to get to places, as long as you have a clear path to the building site for the building to fit through. Better Built Structures is not responsible for removing gates, fences and other obstructions.

How much Space will be needed to Deliver a Building?

We need 14’ of height clearance when the building is on the trailer. We need a minimum of 1’ wider than the width of your building between gates and other obstructions.

What Permits are Required to Purchase a Building?

We encourage and advise our customers to check with your local city, county, and state building codes. It is your responsibility to obtain any and all permits that is required prior to delivery or construction.

What Maintenance is Required on My Building After Purchase?

Very Little - We use pressure treated materials, we also seal and stain all of our treated buildings at no additional cost.
